Read moreAs the world is told to stay home it is an extraordinary opportunity to really see where you live.
In recent years we have been on the move a lot so work all week and then head to the mountains or the forest.
it has been a brutal summer here. 46 degrees, dead garden, fire threatening for weeks on end and now the total shutdown of the world.
We are lucky enough to live on 10 acres with more paddocks at the back. Some is a wildlife corridor of man made design. It is slowly being populated by kangaroos, echidna and recently wombats after 3o years of a pretty sterile place.
This dam filled after heavy rain a few days ago, reflecting the sky it is just like a painting.
